Fat no more. No point sitting and complaining about growing fat. I have increased my effort to exercise more in the morning - 100 pushups + dumbell. Sometimes I walk for 35 mins before exercise and by 7.20 am I will have my daily swim. I usually swim for about 40 mins. I wake up at 5.00 am and get out of bed by 5.30 am.
Maximum effort = maximum result
After reading so much about exercise and health, I agree that you have to put in maximum effort to get maximum result. Minimum effort will only give you minimum or poor result.
I'm a senior citizen from Penang, Malaysia. I like travelling but hate the waiting, like waiting for long period of time to board the plane. Other then travelling I like photography, and I'm a self-taught photographer.
